Fast Track Ear Tube Program
At Ascentist Healthcare, we believe accessing care for your child shouldn’t take weeks or months, especially when ear infections are happening back-to-back. That’s why we created the Fast-Track Pediatric Ear Tube Program: a streamlined, family-centered approach that gets children evaluated and treated quickly when infections keep returning or aren’t improving with standard treatment.
With this program, most families are seen for a consultation and, if needed, surgery is scheduled within 1–2 weeks. All ear tube procedures through the Fast-Track Program are performed at our Ascentist Ambulatory Surgery Center in Merriam, KS. Our pediatric-centered anesthesia team specializes in caring for children and provides anesthesia for more than 2,000 pediatric patients each year. Their experience and focus on safety help ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for your child on surgery day.
We remove the long wait times, repeated phone calls, and confusing steps so your child can get relief sooner.
How It Works
Meet your care team
Your Nurse Navigator—Dani Hotujac, RN
You’ll work directly with our Nurse Navigator, Dani, who guides you through every step of the process. From the very first text message to scheduling the consultation and surgery, she’s your point of contact. If you have questions before or after the procedure, she’s here to support you, explain what to expect, and make sure everything goes smoothly.
Our ENT Specialists
Our board-certified ENT physicians care for patients of all ages — including infants, children, teens, and adults. They routinely diagnose and treat recurrent ear infections, fluid behind the eardrum, hearing concerns, and perform ear tube procedures regularly.
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Our APPs help evaluate children in clinics and work closely with our ENT surgeons to guide families through treatment decisions and care planning.
